Digital delivery

PrepInPeace products are delivered digitally with no physical shipment. After a verified purchase, access is normally available immediately in the browser. Printed pages, binders and supplies are not included.

Returns and purchase support

Because access to these digital products is provided immediately, returns are not permitted after access is activated or files are generated, except where required by applicable law. If access does not work as described, contact support@mail.code10ai.com so we can correct the problem.

You are responsible for keeping your device, passphrase, downloaded documents, and backups secure and for reviewing the plan for accuracy.
